What should I do if one or more of my drives have failed?

You should contact the drive manufacturer for repair or replacement if it is still covered under the warranty. If you are experiencing data loss and do not have backup of your lost data, you may consult with 3rd party data recovery services (e.g. DriveSavers) for direct help.
