Reply on a Qmobile ticket

First of all, thank you for choosing QNAP product. FYI, you may install the Qfile from the Google Play, it provides more functions than Qmobile.

Please, follow the steps mentioned below to help us to clarify the issue.

To use the QMobile application, the Multimedia Station needs to be enabled on your NAS , and you have to use the same username/password as on the Multimedia Station.

Before using the QMobile on your mobile device, please check the status of the Multimedia Station. For that, please, do the following - 

If you NAS ip is 192.168.1.1, you may type http://192.168.1.1/MSV2 on the browser of your mobile device to test it.

If you can login into the Multimedia Station, please,  use the QMobile to connect to your NAS.
