Why I cannot receive any activation mail if registered on MyQNAPCloud service

After QTS 4.x , system will provide MyQNAPCloud wizard to assist the registration for myqnapcloud service.

 

If your QID (myqnapcloud ID) cannot be activated, please check:

 

1. Whether any MyQNAPCloud activation letter in mailbox's SPAM list or trash

2. Check whether QID is the same as your using email address

3. or please go to https://www.myqnapcloud.com/en/users/resend_validate

    to let myqnapcloud server send the activation mail again.

 

When you received the validate letter , please follow the description to activate

your own QID.
