How to determine which language to set for FTP?
Posted by Alan Huang on 06 December 2011 06:36 PM

If you need to connect to Turbo Station via FTP, please follow the steps below to configure language setting.
1. In “System Settings-Language Setting” page, select the language that most users use.
2. If your FTP client does not support Unicode, e.g. Internet Explorer, CuteFTP, WSFTP or Command-Prompt FTP, go to Network Settings-FTP Service page and disable Unicode support.
3. If your FTP client supports Unicode, e.g. FileZilla, enable Unicode support in the client. Then go to Network Settings-FTP Service page and enable Unicode support. Check if the files can be properly displayed in Internet Explorer.
