If the internal disk of 1-bay NAS fails when QRAID-1 configuration is enabled, can I replace the internal disk with the eSATA or USB disk?

Yes. The internal disk can be replaced by the external disk. You can also install a new internal disk and execute “Restore” function to restore the data from the eSATA or USB disk to the new internal disk.

Applied Models: 1-bay NAS series

Are you sure about that? I just bought a new drive and I'm gentitg this error. I tried restoring my original mac mini drive to the new drive so I'd have way more space.

if u cannot have acces to your C drive there u have to foramt'it don't worry u make a quick foramt and make sure u don't copy nothing alse in!U'll be able to recover all your data after that !! BUT use another OS to do that! if u install a fresh windows on it u can lose some of them! soo take u're hard into anothet pc and do what i've told! for recover u're data after, u can use get data back for ntsf " it's a litle slow but verry good ! (when u recover u're files copy them into another hard drive to make sure u don't overwrite the old one!) u find u're program to recover here!!
