Can I have two or more RAID volumes on my NAS? For example, RAID-1 for disk 1&2, RAID-0 for disk 3&4?

Yes, you can have two or more RAID volumes if the drive numbers support it.  For example, you can have up to 4 RAID volume if you use 8-bay NAS.
